I thrive on movement. Whether it’s a strength session, Pilates, or a quick or distance run, movement brings me joy, balance, and a deep sense of wellness.

Music and movement fuel my energy, guiding me through each session. I believe in the power of holistic health and how it shapes both the body and mind.

I’m passionate about helping others discover their own connection to movement, embracing the joy it brings, and finding happiness in the process. For me, it’s not just about the physical—it’s about nurturing the whole self, inside and out.

I was born and raised in Singapore, a vibrant, multi-cultural city-state known for its colorful blend of culture and stunning architecture. The city sparked my passion for movement and continues to inspire my work. Now, London is home, where you can find me working with leading studios in South London, running group sessions, participating in and leading Run Clubs, and offering 1:1 or corporate sessions.
